Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
- The MRP tag must remain attached
- Only one return or exchange per product will be permitted
If the return request is approved, HairMarc will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I wash or restyle it?
No. The curls are set by perming, and washing loosens them permanently. Keep it dry, store it in its box and it will hold its shape for a long time. This is the one piece here that is not washable.
10 inch or 14 inch?
Ten inches makes a neat, compact bun. Fourteen makes a large, dramatic one. For everyday wear take ten; for weddings and events take fourteen.
