Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

The MRP tag must remain attached
(Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the tag is removed) -
Only one return or exchange per product will be permitted
If the return request is approved, HairMarc will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup.
Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used, brushed, washed, cut, or altered in any way

Products without the original MRP tag

Customized products

Hair accessories and hair tools
Sale & Coupon Purchases

Items purchased during a sale or using a coupon code are eligible for exchange only

Returns will not be accepted for these orders
