Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition

  • The MRP tag must remain attached
    (Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the tag is removed)

  • Only one return or exchange per product will be permitted

If the return request is approved, HairMarc will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup.


Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, brushed, washed, cut, or altered in any way

  • Products without the original MRP tag

  • Customized products

  • Hair accessories and hair tools


Sale & Coupon Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or using a coupon code are eligible for exchange only

  • Returns will not be accepted for these orders


How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video of the product
    (recorded in one continuous shot, with no cuts)

  • Reason for return or exchange with a brief explanation
