HairMarc ships from India in discreet, secure packaging. We offer domestic delivery across India and international delivery to destinations available at checkout.

Delivery Estimates within India

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–7 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery timing depends on the delivery location, courier availability, and the product ordered. Custom shades, sizes, or made-to-order pieces may need additional preparation time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Public holidays, weather, courier disruptions, and other events outside our control can cause delays.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details when they are available from the courier partner.

Shipping Charges

Free domestic shipping applies to orders above ₹999. Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

International Shipping and Import Charges

Orders are shipped from India. Available international destinations and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Domestic free-shipping offers do not apply to international orders unless explicitly stated.

Unless explicitly included at checkout, import duties, import taxes, and courier customs-clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Where applicable and legally payable by the recipient, these charges are payable by the customer to the courier or customs authority before delivery. This does not transfer any tax collection or payment obligations legally imposed on HairMarc to the customer.

International delivery times vary by destination, courier service, product preparation time, and customs processing. The 5–7 business day domestic estimate does not apply to international orders. Please contact us before ordering for a destination-specific delivery estimate or clarification about international shipping.

Please provide accurate recipient details and any information requested by the courier for customs clearance. Customs processing may affect delivery times. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning delivery.
