Last updated: May 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of the HairMarc website (hairmarc.com) and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell human-hair toppers, patches, wigs, extensions and accessories. We display colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations in shade and texture occur because each item is made from natural human hair.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order. An order is confirmed only once payment is received or, for Cash on Delivery, once accepted.

3. Payment

We accept online payment and Cash on Delivery where available. EMI may be offered at checkout through our payment partners, subject to their terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India in discreet packaging. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary for custom shades or sizes. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible, unused items in original condition may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain customised or used items may not be eligible. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and designs — is the property of HairMarc and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are cosmetic hair solutions, not a medical treatment for hair loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairMarc is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
