- Condition from mid-length to ends only, never at the clips or bonds.
- Air-dry flat or on a stand, and never brush while wet.
- Keep heat tools below 180°C and use a heat protectant.
- Store flat or hanging, out of direct sunlight.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
- The MRP tag must remain attached
- Only one return or exchange per product will be permitted
If the return request is approved, HairMarc will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup.

Which length should I choose?
Sixteen inches sits around the shoulder blade, twenty mid-back, twenty-four towards the waist. Longer lengths are heavier, so if you are wearing it all day take a shorter one.
Will it hold on a high ponytail?
Yes, provided your own ponytail is tied tightly first - the wrap grips that base. A loose base is what causes a wrap ponytail to slip.
