The 6x4 inch Scalp Hair Topper for Women, Full Top Coverage is a 6x4 inch clip-in hair topper made from 100% human hair. It covers the entire top of the head, front to crown and side to side, and is made for widespread thinning across the whole top section. Our largest topper base. When thinning covers the top of your head rather than one area of it, this is the size that still leaves your own hairline and sides showing.
Who this size is for
This is a topper for advanced thinning. It sits on top of your own hair and clips into it, so the hair around the base stays yours - your hairline, your sides, your length. Nothing is glued, taped or fixed to your scalp, and you take it off at the end of the day.
About the scalp base
A scalp base is designed to mimic the look of skin where the hair parts, so when someone looks down at your parting they see something that reads as scalp rather than as a base. It suits close-up realism at the parting, photographs, and tied-back styles.
How to wear it
- Part your hair where you normally would and lightly backcomb the roots at the front and sides so the clips have something to grip.
- Open the clips, sit the base over the thinning area and press the front clip in first.
- Secure the side and back clips, working from front to back.
- Blend your own hair over the edges with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Not sure which size?
Part your hair as you normally wear it and measure the area where scalp shows, front to back and side to side. Pick the base that covers that measurement with a little margin. If you are between two sizes, take the larger - a base slightly bigger than the thinning is invisible, while one slightly smaller is not. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of your parting and we will tell you which size to take.

Care Instructions
- Wash every 15 to 20 wears, or sooner with heavy product use.
- Use a sulphate-free shampoo and a mild conditioner from mid-length to ends, keeping conditioner off the base.
- Let it air-dry on a stand. Do not brush it while wet.
- Keep heat tools under 180°C and always use a heat protectant.
- Store it flat or on a stand, away from direct sunlight.

- Only one return or exchange per product will be permitted

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know I need the largest size?
If scalp is visible across the top of your head in normal light, not just at the parting, choose 6x4 inch. Anything smaller will leave edges uncovered.
Which looks more natural, scalp or lace?
At the parting, the scalp base looks more like skin. Lace is lighter and more breathable. If people often see the top of your head up close, choose scalp; if comfort in heat matters more, choose lace.
Will the clips damage my hair?
Clips hold by gripping hair at the root, so the same spot taking the weight every day can cause stress over time. Shift the clip positions slightly between wears and take the topper off before you sleep.
Can I colour or straighten it?
Yes. It is human hair, so it takes heat and colour. Have colouring done professionally, since the hair no longer receives natural oils from your scalp and reacts differently to a full head of growing hair.
How long will it last?
With regular wear and the care above, expect 8 to 12 months. Washing less often and keeping heat low extends that.
