I-Tip Extensions use slightly larger beads, offering a secure hold and natural movement, suitable for most hair types.
Flat Tip Extensions combine the benefits of tape and I-tip, lying flatter against the scalp for a smooth, comfortable feel and seamless blend.
U-Tip Extensions melts and wraps securely around your hair, creating a strong, long-lasting bond creating a long-lasting, durable hold that blends well with thicker or fuller hair.
Each type provides a different level of flexibility, durability and application technique, allowing you to choose what best suits your hair and lifestyle.

Care Instructions
- Use a sulphate-free, mild shampoo and hydrating conditioner
- Detangle gently using a wide-tooth comb from ends to roots
- Avoid washing too frequently (recommended once a week or as needed)
- Air dry whenever possible; avoid excessive heat
- Apply a light serum for smoothness (avoid applying on roots/bonds)
- Do not sleep with wet hair
- Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Avoid chlorine pools and seawater OR wear a protective cap
Shipping + Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
- The MRP tag must remain attached
- Only one return or exchange per product will be permitted
If the return request is approved, HairMarc will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup.
Products Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, brushed, washed, cut, or altered in any way
- Products without the original MRP tag
- Customized products
- Hair accessories and hair tools
